全國(guó)政協(xié)十一屆四次會(huì)議將于3月3日下午3：00在人民大會(huì)堂召開，記者可提前1個(gè)半小時(shí)進(jìn)入大會(huì)堂東門安檢。請(qǐng)內(nèi)地?cái)z影、攝像記者憑標(biāo)識(shí)進(jìn)二樓會(huì)場(chǎng)，文字記者請(qǐng)上三樓會(huì)場(chǎng)。港澳臺(tái)記者和外國(guó)記者憑證件分別上二樓、三樓會(huì)場(chǎng)。保持會(huì)場(chǎng)安靜，不得在和會(huì)場(chǎng)作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)報(bào)道，不得隨意在會(huì)場(chǎng)走動(dòng)、喧嘩和接打手機(jī)。
請(qǐng)記者掌握好采訪時(shí)間，會(huì)議開始前15分鐘（東門外20分鐘）必須停止采訪。

Notice on the Opening Session, 3rd Session, 11th CPPCC National Committee
The Opening Session of the 4th Session of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) will be convened at 3:00pm on March 3, 2010 at the Great Hall of the People.
Journalists may enter the Great Hall of the People by passing the security check at the East Gate with press cards 90 minutes in advance. Journalists from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign countries should be seated at 2nd floor with number “2” on your press cards, and at 3rd floor with number “3” respectively. Please put an end to your live coverage 5 minutes before the session begins. When the session begins, please turn off cell phones, keep quite and remain seated.
All interviews should be put to an end 10 minutes before the session begins (20 minutes for interviews outside the East Gate).
