國際法院網(wǎng)站發(fā)表聲明：其從未參與南海仲裁案

　　作為聯(lián)合國主要六大機(jī)構(gòu)之一的國際法院（International Court of Justice，簡稱ICJ），近日在其官方網(wǎng)站專門用中、英文雙語昭告全球，其至始至終未曾參與過“南海仲裁案”。其聲明的中文全文如下：

　　國際法院（ICJ）在此希望媒體和公眾注意，南海仲裁案（菲律賓共和國與中華人民共和國）裁決結(jié)果由常設(shè)仲裁法院(PCA)下的一個(gè)特別仲裁庭做出。相關(guān)信息請(qǐng)?jiān)L問PCA網(wǎng)站（www.pca-cpa.org）。國際法院作為完全不同的另一機(jī)構(gòu)，至始至終未曾參與該案，因此在國際法院網(wǎng)站上無法查詢到相關(guān)信息。

　　其聲明的英文全文如下：

　　The International Court of Justice (ICJ) wishes to draw the attention of the media and the public to the fact that the Award in the South China Sea Arbitration (The Republic of the Philippines v. The People’s Republic of China) was issued by an Arbitral Tribunal acting with the secretarial assistance of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA). The relevant information can be found on the PCA’s website (www.pca-cpa.org). The ICJ, which is a totally distinct institution, has had no involvement in the above mentioned case and, for that reason, there is no information about it on the ICJ’s website.（記者 朱旌 張偉）
